It can really suck when a person doesn’t like us back. We can feel embarrassed, exposed, rejected and hurt.
All of these feelings are valid and we will unfortunately experience them in many different situations in life. This doesn’t mean that feeling this kind of stuff is easy though, and it may help to talk things through with someone you trust.
Remember too, that you deserve to be with someone who thinks you're awesome, so try to remain open to meeting even more people and finding that person who you really, truly click with.
