There’s no doubting how incredible the internet is. It allows us to build connections with people across the globe, and have 24 hour access to a heap of useful information and advice.

As great as it is though, the internet does have a dark side. With people being able to hide behind their screens, online bullying, abuse and harassment has become commonplace in many online spaces.

These types of unhealthy online behaviours can disrupt people’s lives and cause distress. That’s why it’s super important to be clued up on online safety, and to know what to do if you or people you care about experience online bullying, abuse or harassment.
