We are all pretty good at curating our lives online so that other people only see the very best bits of who we are. But, what if we started curating what WE see on social media so that it works better for US and not just everybody else?

Social media should be a culmination of all the good things in the world as curated by YOU. It should be a place you can go to be entertained and take time out from your daily life. Your social media feeds shouldn’t be leaving you feeling stressed, anxious, or less than.
If there is stuff on your social media feeds that doesn't excite you, inspire you, or make you smile, then it’s best to distance yourself from it by:
